Just had it rebuilt....
and I think my tranny is acting up again. This morning my car didn't want to roll withou pressing on the gas. It was very cold and icy though, would that make a difference? Luckily I haven't gone back for the 2week checkup yet, so I'll make sure I mention that when I go. Any tips?

perhaps your brakes were iced up?
do you use your e-brake? If so it could have stuck. I've had the chunks of snow between the tires and the fenders fall off overnight and had to give a little extra gas to climb over them. These are all guesses of course My parents had a 92 Buick Riviera and the right rear wheel would lock up solid...especially on a 30+ min trip in the winter. The melted ice would freeze to the brake.

I think that was the problem...
It's running fine today so I think the e-brake was frozen (like you said). The whole bottom half of my car had icicles yesterday so the brakes could very well have been frozen. I'm still gonna have them check out the tranny tomorrow though to make sure.

Iced out
I never put on the handbrake if expecting frost. The Park is secure enough to hold the car.

Had a costomer with a 98 Caravan that the rear brake forze on. She drove the thing till the tire blew, continued to drive till the rim ground down to the drum, and continued to destroy the drum till she realized there was a problem?
