Not looking to buy this.
I don't know if this is for passenger car applications but I'm just curious. Does anyone know what this is and what it does? It looks like one of those "thingy's".

Yup, it's for reducing engine speed to prop speed, and cheaper than a gear reduction unit.

Ooooohh! What a mod! Who wants a turbo or a supercharger when you can now get a PROPELLER for blowing away them pesky rice mobiles. Wow, with a little creative front end work, this would be the ultimate in intimidation. At least it'd make one heck of a bug deflector!
Looking forward to the turboprop upgrade. Ron.

A prop huh? Would it keep the water out of the waterfall grill? I bet those slow walking ped-es-sterians at the strip mall would move out of the way faster. (I'm having visions of an amphibious application) Hmmm
