2 questions...

I've looked around on both the forums but didn't see anything and advice from a few people but no one has an answer so here's some pics:

Is this (white clip) related to the windshield washer sprayer/motor operation?


How important are the rubber tops/caps for this?
(as mine appears to be missing one)


Appreciate the feedback...

I answered your one question on the other thread. Ill try to post a pic up shortly. Those caps are to keep dirt and dust out, as those nipples can be opened to bleed air from the brake lines. They are good to have, but not completely necessary.

Ha! Wow that was stupid easy... I guess I just never really looked under the line that was laying above that and didn't think it would be right on the side of the tank, looking everywhere else.
