No not a problem, as only a small auxiliary driven item is involved. Relax, there is no suggestion that the differential as such, is faulty.

if you need a second opinon, Trevor is on the money, the speed sensor gears are very small and made of plastic and are completely separate pieces from the front diff itself

thanks guys, im gonna be making a 1k mile round trip here in the next few weeks to kansas to visit some family and i wanted to make sure it would be ok. ive been driving it anyway, as it is my daily driver, but i didnt want to get stranded out in the corn fields miles from any town on my way there if it wasnt ok to drive. thanks again, hopefully i can get this fixed asap.

well i am very grateful for eveyones help. i like to think i know everything haha. i just want to educate myself on these cars and with the help ive recieved on this site im able to do so, so im very grateful. thanks again!
