Fuel injector question
My car has just hit 400,000 kilometre and the engine has not been touched, it seems to have developed a funny idle or noise. It sound like it is either getting to much fuel or air to one cylinder. When you speed up the revs the noise goes away. Over recent month it developed a miss so I put in injector cleaner and the problem went away this then resulted in the high idle and nock getting loader.
Has any one had to change the rubbers on the bottom of the fuel rail or the ones around the injector themselves? Tony
