Unhappy Multiple failures (climate control, clock, intermittent rear wipers)

All three of those failed simultaneously. My friend was driving the car. At my first glance all the fuses checked out fine - but I don't see one where they all would connect (engine bay fuse maybe?) So I'm kind of thinking bad ground/power line somewhere - but I don't know where to start looking.

Anyone else have similar problem or know a solution?

It's a 92 by the way.

I had a similar issue and it was one of the larger engine bay fuses (45A - red).

i had the same issue, and it happened to be the fuse for the cigarrette lighter... my moms phone charger's internal fuse busted... and blew the fuse for the ligther socket.. check that, it was easy...

other people have found that the wiring in the elbow of the sunvisors have shorted.. another easy fix, caps just pop off...

good luck

Thanks for all the fast replies - I did some more digging in the wiring diagram and found that it was infact the fuse for the cigarette lighter (though i don't smoke) which also sends some type of power line to the vanity mirrors, the climate control, and the clock (as well as who knows what else). Way to label your fuses Subbie

Thanks for the ungodly fast responses though.

I fixed mine also by changing out the cigg lighter, damn ac converter blew it out, also it is good to check the wires going INTO the fusebox, as it over time cracks and becomes brittle, mines was all toasty, and darkish. My horn,I think th climate control and shift lock unit wasnt working, so I swapped out those wires and it worked!
