Front Struts
Is there a aftermaket replacement for the struts mounts for the svx or is the only ones will fit is from a subaru parts house. I believe mind are gone for when i go over a crack in the road it has a pretty hefty clunk in the front. i did jack it up and did not see any thing else wrong in the steering part. sway bar bushing seems ok and ball joints so i guess that part is what is wrong with them. And are they a bummer to replace if that is what is wrong.

OEM mounts are the only current option. SVXRide is working on a set of pillowball mounts, but they will be more noisy than the worn out OEM mounts.

Koni is the only one that makes aftermarket strut inserts that fit the SVX. They cost around $650 for four and require a little bit of cutting of the stock strut housing to install. I really want to buy them but don't want to spend the cash right now.
