hehe, does it have to be NEW or could it be pre-owned? pre owned cars typically have the same , if not better, warrenties than the new cars, and usually cost a buttload less. good way to upgrade the car for the money.

If she really wants a luxury sedan, shed have to take a time machine back some years and get a 70's cadillac.Doesnt seem pracical but hell you gotta love them big bodied highway cruisers. The newer batch of cadillacs for some reason are just cheap feeling inside...seats like upholstered cinder blocks and snap fit plastic everything else.

just curious does lincoln have any top quality stuff around?or do they suck now? (pardon me for being so Americian car style)

I vote for the $47,493 Audi A6 4.2 It may not be a rocket but it is quick, poised, rides very well, is plush and has clean sharp styling that isnt too over the top (BMW) and has more power than the japs (Acura).

That's luxury enough for me.

Hmm I think I would go for that Cadillac CTS Spec-V

Its got more HP then the S4 and gets better gas mileage

On the other hand I wouldnt mind the STS Spec-V but that starts out at $78,000 ! and its only got 30 hp less then the v10 m5

The XLR Spec-V isnt out yet though

No 65 yr old is going to drive one of those SPEC - V 's the audi is the yuppie mobile

only bad thing about the Caddy is that its not AWD or 4wd but I'd still buy it over the "Imputts"

Plus status wise ....

I drive a new Audi s4...

I drive a Cadillac

Plus the Audi is ugly as sin and looks just like its VW brother

I think most of my friends would cock their head and look at me weird if I told them I drove a cadillac. Now If I told them I drove an RS4 theyd probably try to snatch the keys

Hell my friends are still trying to get over me driving Thunderbirds for so long. But they still give me weird looks in the SVX... until I tuck her into a tight S curve then its as they grab for the OhNo handle

Similar to the looks you probably get from passengers up around 20psi and piercing their eardrums GNs sound like jet aircraft taking off

Hell no I've driven Caddys, Audi's, VW's, Lincoln's and a bunch of other cars (I think I'm up to #35 now)

The Caddy had the nicest pimp daddiest ride and when you step on it your moving...

Now on the other hand I drove a Mocedes coupe that thing was a rocket ... just had like a quarter second delay on the snap back in the seat

On the T-bird thing ... I had a 93 brand new I bought as a left over in 94 had it for 4 years didnt drive another one until 2004 when I bought the 93

But where I used to work the call me Chris Monte since I had like 4 monte carlos
but everyone else calls me Chris National/Pony Killer

PS I've been told it sounds like a helicopter (or hoppacopter as my nephew says)
