Reading VII Planning Thread
Once again, it is that time of year when we have to seriously start getting our plans in order for Reading VII. Now that we are in October, the rest of the year will quickly evaporate. This is when we usually start planning.
Daylight Saving Time starts on Sunday, April 2, 2006 Easter Sunday is April 16, 2006 That leaves April 7, 8, and 9.. or ..April 21, 22, 23 Once we get a concensus on the date, we can settle on a hotel. We still have the two obvious choices; The "original" Morgantown Holiday Inn (site of last year's meet) and the Denver Holiday Inn. I can check on prices for accomodations at both hotels, unless there in an overwhelming favorite beforehand. Lets start the ball rolling with a decision on the date. .

i chose the later date because it just so happens i don't get my 5 vacation days till the second week of april. plus it will be a little warmer out and a little less chance of crappy weather. i also checked out the holiday inn website and i voted for the lancaster place just because of cost pretty much. trying to keep it affordable so my chances of making it can be increased a little. let's just hope gas isn't 6 friggin dollars a gallon by then
