replacing leaky brakeline
Fellers,
The pass side brakeline leading to the caliper has a slight leak on our '92 SVX, is this an easy replacement? Will I need to replace all of the brake fluid if when i take the old one off? Should I go to stainless while i am at it? My ABS light comes on intermittently and I can't get the ABS sensors to pop off after I take the bolt out, any suggestions? thanks Tdog |

I replaced both of my fronts with SS when I found a leak in my old driver's side.
IIRC stock replacements were about $60 ea. and a set of 4 SS were about $120. You will need to add some brake fluid and bleed your lines. If the fluid was never changed before, this may a good time to do it.

Please post in the appropriate forum.
Any leaks in the brake system should be repaired immediately. Whether you put on fancy new stainless lines or just OEM rubber ones, do it now. 'IIRC' stands for 'if I recall correctly.'
