Interesting SVX morning

So, I am driving to work this morning in my pearl/black SVX and what do I see pulling out into the road off in the distance in front of me...but another pearl/black SVX. Mind you, I live in a fairly rural area, so this is even more unusual than it normally would have been. I get behind the guy on the ramp onto the interstate, and get up next to him on the highway and wave. He has pretty much the same smile on his face that I do at that point, and I recognize him as a guy I talked to in the local 7-11 a few months ago.

Also did the tranny resistor disconnect this morning before work. What a difference. It is like a new car to me. I never did like the rather vague response from the throttle. That is gone now. Only at very light throttle does the 1-2 shift seem abrupt. I know there are some concerns about the long term impact of this; has anyone considered putting a switch on the circuit so you could disconnect it for "spirited" driving and leave it in the normal state for everyday commuting?

Yeeeehaaaaa. My first ever mod

Rufus - Do me a "show 'n tell" at Canaan Valley. I'd like an on/off button on the steering wheel too. Ron.

Careful there....you don't want to mount it too close to the missile launch button. It would be embarrassing to get them confused... Don
