If i press the rev on the hangel the speed goes up. But it wont hold the speed. 2nd: My blower. I have change the motor realy and the Blower switch and motor blower Resistor. The motor is work on all speed but i cant chage the speed on the switch inside the car. It have work some times. But now i must have a jump wire on the Resistor to get the speed to go on 3 of 4. Re: Suburban 1989 problems? some one can help?
issue number one: Look for a vacuum leak or since that is a diesel look for a vacuum pump issue. Also make sure the brake light switch is not going on and make sure the brake lights are not flickering as the vehicle goes down the road.
issue number two: Resistor blocks go bad. You will need to buy one. They sell for and average of around $15 US so that should tell you that these are a commonly replaced part.

Where is this vacum pump? The brake light is not going on when i driving. But its hold a little when its cold inside the cupe. But this is only right after i have start it. I have just replace the Resistor blocks also. But still the fan switch wont work. And this is also new.
