Smile *Waves*

Just passing through and thought I'd wave at everyone.

I've moved on from SAAB (not exactly a bright future there - ha!) and now maintain ambulances and fire trucks for the metro (all front line/mission critical equipment.) Good bucks, great benefits and get to do a lot of cool stuff, like driving anitque trucks in parades, playing with the big trucks at the airport, fireboats, etc.

With the new partnership, I wonder how long it will take Chrysler to build their version of the Fiat 128/Yugo CV? They were almost there with the Neon. Who knows what they could have achieved with a few more years development time... (Can anyone say 'baiting'? Sure you can, I knew you could!)

Y'all take care,

Beav

Tom - cool

Huck - Was down your way a month or so ago with the Ms. Future Used to Be, A.K.A. Squeeze DuJour. Just cruisin' da lake on a Sunday. Haven't seen Randy in a coon's age. Need to get together for a Hot Summer Night, are they still doing those?

Yep...next weekend is the Somer Nite's Cruise Car show (4th Sat of each month) but the Dragon Meet is also next weekend, so I'll be in NC....but I usually put my SVX in the show, so just let me know if you are going to be down for one of them....

Kia ora Beav,

Really nice to see you posting and hope it is not a one off. Your input is surely missed. Great that you are enjoying life. I am sure all those essential machines are in good hands.

Nga mihi nui, Trevor.

HiYa Beav, how's it going dude?

Squeeze DuJour eh? I see you are still talking technical.

Randy is out in business on his own now, so he's a busy boy. Nobody has heard from him since Reading.

Take care of yourself, and drop by more often.

Joe

Beav!

So glad to see you around!

I just bought a Saab, so I'll be sure to keep your PM button close at hand.

Re: *Waves*

Huck - We'll have to see how the heat continues and if we can 'raise the dead' in O-boro. Have fun in N.C., say Hey! to Matt & Co. if you see them.

Trevor - I'm certain those are kind words in your neck of the woods - Thanks! Although, I must admit, I'm now a bit concerned for those that want to dance to 'YMCA' down there...

Joe - I dropped a couple bottles of Kentucky's finest brown liquids in my end of the big pond, have you received them yet? (and, believe it or not, they weren't empty!)

Ron - Did you drop the glass or the box to in order to wave?

Mike - So, you bought a Saab? Hang on a sec, I'll hand you a towel.

Dang, I wish you told me sooner, I just cleaned out my garage and pitched three turbos and a bunch-o-junk... However, I kept one turbo for my riding mower. (Just make sure you never have less than two programmed keys or ~$2000)

Hmm.... I just had an idea... How cool would it be for us, each, to spend something around $20 USD, and buy something indicative of our locality to send to someone in another part of the world? Discuss...

I'm keeping a round-the-clock watch for those bottles Beav.

Plus, I see great merit in your suggestion. A small difficulty might arise re sending liquids via air mail.

Not that liquids are necessarily indicative in Ireland. It's just that where I live horses haven't dropped to twenty dollars.

Yet.
