H-6 engine cover clips

My H-6 engine cover clips would disappear about every month. I would replace them with brand new ones and in a few weeks one or both would be missing. I even replaced the little rubber gromets that the clips slide down into with no positive affect. A local shop told me about another Subaru clip that they use for the H-6 covers when they do eg33 engine swaps into VW Vanagons. I bought some and they work great. They have been in the car now for about 4 months and are actually still there. The Subaru part number is 90914007. In my opinion Subaru should start selling these clips as the H-6 cover clips instead of the current ones. Just thought I'd share that info in case anyone else had or is having this issue.
