Do you have to roll the rear fenders to lower it?
Or is the offset on my wheels not right? They would easily rub on the fenders and that weatherstripping stuff if I dropped the car another inch.

What's your rim/tire combination again? I'm guessing you've probably decreased the rim offset to something less than 40mm? Aftermarket camber bolts will allow you to lower the rear and not have the tires rub -Bill

I think they're 45mm. They're 8 inches wide too.. they're like right under the fender, camber adjusters wouldn't help at all.

I have 8" wide 18s with a 50mm offset, and they just barely make it. Dont think you would make it without widening the fender If you really like the rims, you might be able to take them to a macine shop and have 1mm or 2mm milled off the back side of the wheel to hub surface. That could get you enough to make it. Just a thought, and not sure if that would make the wheel weak.

17 inch rims with 45mm offset - with ~1 deg of negative camber - should be fine.
18 inch rims with 45mm offset - with ~1 deg of negative camber - could be a problem since you're 1/2 inch farther up into the wheel well. -Bill
