I suppose you're right.. That would explain why the "Denverites" don't ever come visit

People in Denver...

Do you feel that you are part of the "Intermountain Area"?

Mitch. Here's a little "pity" post in honor of your visit to the Eastern Mountains, where it's Definately Happenin'. Perhaps some day you folks will deemed as worthy as our breed.
Good luck playing catch up.

Ron.

hey David!

I am from CA, although central one, Bay Area.

Recently I've visited Tahoe Area, and seen 3 cars, pearly white at Trukee, (Dave's Ski rental place, February 15th, at about 5:30pm)
One on 580, green (not sure about the time, and place Feb 14th),

and there is a RED one, next to the Soda Springs Ski resort!!!! It is always there. Last year, same place there was a White one. Who is the owner? I'd be happy to meet him or her.

You would have had to keep driving west instead of Heading up toward Boise.

Are you rested up yet!... I'm in Grand Junction tonight... Just was over at Michelle's and Chris's house playing with the cats and the dogs.... !!!

Almost rested up, spent 5 hours fooling around with a trany cooler last night, wasted 2 of them trying to get it in front of the condenser, gave up and mounted it between rad and condenser.
Damn there is no room in, under this car

Did you also put in the tranny temp gauge?.. or is it all moot now that the tranny needs to be replaced? Are you going to drive it until you lose the gear.. or replace it first?

No temp gauge, but plan to drive it for a little longer, will wait for the problem to start getting worse, then do the trany swap, at which time I will also add a spin-on Trany filter, and possibly Temp Gauge.
I just don't want to put any new gauges in the car, if I can hotwire a gauge display to the clock or outside Tempurature reading then I may concider it, but I'm not going to deface the car.
