Re: SVX bodykit and front update

#4/#9 with the grill from #6. The problem with any of them is that a lower front bumper will have a line that doesn't match the side skirts.

Re: SVX bodykit and front update

8 10 and 11 keep the Subaru feel while updating the look without being retarded... And you should be shot for even thinking the EVO X at all... I'd like to think that everyone can agree on keeping the OEM headlights at least shape. Clear versions would be ncie but the OEM looks best with the car. Grill could be updated but messing with the hood and fenders unless following the original body it just fugly. When I am able at my future employers I was gonna work on a widebody that is just a wider flow of the same lines cause they fit the car. No sence it messing TOO much unless it is for a reason.

Re: SVX bodykit and front update

Could you do one with the 08/09 Legacy front end? That's something I've always been curious to see.

I've always liked the more sleek 2005-2007 model. But I might be a bit biased...

And I have more than once thought of grafting the front end of the Legacy onto the SVX...

05-08 or 09 are all the same body style. The new gen Leggy started mid '09 I think. In any case, I meant the nice Legacy, not the new boat.

Re: SVX bodykit and front update

So far #9 and #10 are my favorites.

#10 made me instantly think of the prototype, and I believe it would even go with the prototype rocker panels that Dayle has.

Hello briansvx. The idea for # 8 was is taken from European model Mazda 6 MPS (Mazdaspeed 6) also from Skyline R33 Tommy Kaira. The picture was made not so accurately because it there was one of the first experience.

Re: SVX bodykit and front update

I like Legacy BL5\BLE so much and I wished to use front end from this model (JDM only). I think it could be an excellent thing. Amazing.......But it was impossible. There is too many volume of alterations. I have not professional equipment and qualification.

Re: SVX bodykit and front update

I wished to update the SVX but it there should be only Subaru. My idea of front end restyling is here.
