Evolution Style Hood Scoop on a SVX

This has been a little project i have been tryin to attempt instead of buying an aftermarket hood with the subaru style scoop. i am a begginner fiberglass user so this is one of my first time using fiberglass resin and matting. it looks ok but up close you can tell that its not perfect and rough around the edges. over i think i did pretty good however i do think i can improve it with more time, fiberglass, and lots more sanding. just curious what everyone thinks about it. ill take more pics when once on the car also unfortunately my car is in the shop. Sorry not sure how to post pics just attach them. would appreciate the comments.

interesting...might be functional if it was farther forward on the hood...

Different, but it looks skewed to one side.

IMO, it clashes greatly with the SVX.

Re: Evolution Style Hood Scoop on a SVX

it's a bit rough around the edges (literally) but for a first try, not that bad at all.. Did you just glass it into the stock metal hood or is the whole job fiberglass?
