Upper Radiator Hose ruptured! Need replacement p/n
Does anyone have a part number for the replacement hose used after upgrading to a PWR radiator and then rupturing the upper rad hose?
Because that just happened to mine. I've heard mention of some folks going to silicone hoses, which sounds appealing, but who makes the one we need, and what is the number? I can always get another stock one through work, but it looks like the hose contacts another line running through the engine bay, and that sounds like a recipe for disaster again (rubbing, friction = premature hose failure). I can totally understand my 15-year-old hose failing on its own, but it was no doubt helped along by chafing against whatever it is that runs next to it.

I already found them, but I didn't want to pay $120 for them. I just ordered one from work instead.

By that, I just mean that I ordered a new OEM hose from the Subie dealership I work at. Comes to 22$ CAD, retail. I don't know what kind of discount I get, if any.

 I doubt I can start buying and distributing parts at a discount though; big cheese probably wouldn't like that too much. I would if I thought I could get away with it though.

Are their prices ridiculous too?
Local dealership wanted $780 for a headlight. $1700+ for windshield... Insurance paid for my windshield but only 50% of the headlight in addition to my old headlight. I told them to keep it!
