wire tap for stage 1v4

does anybody know which wires i could tap for the stage 1v4 ECUtune.

preferably not to somewhere that i have to take apart a lot of things.

i'm sure that i can do the instrument panel and stereo but i am hoping elsewhere.

Just go over to the fusebox under the dash and find a fuse that's "hot" when the car is running. You should be able to crimp a spade fitting on the end of the red wire coming out of the ECU and slide it in on the "hot" fuse. I take it that you're asking because you're going to be running 87 octane gas?

well...one of the reasons for buying the chip was for that reason... i guess to switch the octane if money isn't going well.

forty something odd dollars every couple days really adds up in a year.

i did buy it for the performance side of it as well . i'm not looking to flip the switch to have the car running 87. but i guess in case of emergency .......... //////// whatever the Hell that would be???//
