Question Engine Exhaust Header nut torques

I cannot locate any spec for the torque on the engine stud nuts securing the exhaust headers. Can anynoe post the info?

22 ft/lb if using new nuts, 29 ft/lbs if using old ones.

It is on page four of section 2-9 in the 1992 service manual.

I like to put a little anti-seize compound on exhaust fasteners to make them come off slightly easier next time.
