I've read the KDWs didn't test well and are real loud. I like the Dunlop Z1 Star Spec's the best on wet streets, tested better than the Neova's and RE01R, but are only $117 at tires.com

Well it'll be some BFG as they've held up gr8 on my heavyazz trucks.
Good grip and wear.
Since the svx's are freakin heavy rides, well........
guess i'll do some research on something else just in case.

Could check out Nexen's. Best wet traction I've had was the N3000's I had on my 17's. N2000's are freak'n sweet too and not too bad a cost for 18" sizes. I"m thinking of getting those for my Tarmac 3's and put my Proxes4's back on my old 18's for the time being when that is road worth after it's swap. But yeah def check out Nexen's.

What they call it a vanity-plate. Shouldn't I be obligated to be vane with it?
Rota Tarmac 3's 18x8" on 245/40/18 Dunlop SP Sport 600's, Perrin light weight crank pulley, PRW radiator, custom coilovers(not GC's), 9006 HID 4300k 50W low beams, DIY garage door lip, and SVXfiles brake kit. Fixxed exhaust so no more sweet sound.

97 White/Black trim Impreza Outback Sport (March 13/08) 150K-180K(sensor broken)Good news is EZ30R and 05' 6speed full powertrain swap is in motion!: Will be doing more work as I can. Gonna be run by a Hydra so yeah fun to be had.

I have N3000's (225/40/18's) and they get loose in really hot weather. I would buy them again for the price as they are good for most conditions. They are not that good for 100+ temps though.

There are 2 different KDW tread patterns. Theres the standard KDW and the newer KDW2. I cant tell you anything about the standard KDW, but I have the KDW2's on mine and they are great. Both in wet and dry.
