q 45 injectors

is this a waste of time with out the high psi fuel regulator from the legacy (46psi?). i can get my hands on 3 infinity j 30s for parts at my friends shop. we also got a q but not to part its going on auction. i got a nismo cold air intake and 2 1/2 inch dual exhuast.. are the j 30s injectors the same as the qs. would this be to much fuel for the air intake amount? i could get the regulator and do the mych bypass maf thing. i plan to supercharge or tt my way in the future. what else would i need to run this?

I got my hands on a set of Q45 injectors - they did not fit our fuel rails.

expensive! you should probably contact Michael (LAN) directly and talk with him about the NISMO injectors and Tomei clips. I don't know of anyone else who's currently running them.

The NISMO injectors are rated at 740 cc - a significant increase over the stock EG33 injectors. You're going to have some significant fuel delivery issues unless you match them up with ECUTune's stage 3 chip - which is set up to run with a ~9lb boost supercharger. Just going with the Impreza FPR and ECUTune's 2v5 chip and z32 MAF should be all you'll need unless you're going to eventually run more than 9 lbs of boost (i.e. the stock injectors should be good up to slightly more than 300 hp).
