Alan you ever try the beer's I suggested? As for the 928's check out the DEVEK site you recommended to me. They have a black and tan GTS that looks like speed incarnate. Also a nice GT in the aforementioned beautiful color combo I so love.

what i wouldn't give for a 6.4L DEVEK massaged GTS!

I really liked what DEVEK has to offer. What is the Torque Tube and why do so many 928's advertised have it replaced already? As for the post count I'm closing in on 4 digits!!!!!!

I believe that it is the drive shaft and it was prone to failure on automatic 928's. Please correct me if I am wrong.

it connected the engine in front to the transmission in the rear. some tended to fail, and the aftermarket developed a beefier unit. from what i remember, the track and big hp guys seemed to have them fail more than the average street driver.

I'm over 1,000 finally!!!!!!!!!!!!! And as for the 928, the more I look, the more nice ones I find. There is hope I will be able to find a S4 in two years with under 100k on it. Has to be black and tan though.

I know, seems picky, but that's what I fell in love with. The Guards red over tan is real nice, but red is to much of a Ferrari color. I fell in love with the black 928 from Weird Science although that one wasn't a S4. Black and black is to much. The silver and navy blue are nice. But if I'm gonna take the plunge, I gotta find my baby!!
