Yeah I thought I saw that in our previous thread about the flat black color on the two tone cars. They must be very rare! Most rare color of all? I saw a picture on someone's page of one and it was beautiful. Perhaps my 92 will have to be bright yellow in the near future.

I'm partial top blue & changed mine from dark teal a couple of years ago. The pic is just one paint colour but gives a 2 tone effect in sunlight because of the metal flake.

I must say though that I wouldn't do a dark blue on this car again. If it's dirty or not bright & sunny you don't see the lines of the body at all. I can't recall how the ebony's look on dull days. Pics in my old locker.

My 2 cents worth.

Personally, I think that car looks fantastic, but I can understand your points.

I am thinking that a color like that, maybe even in a non-metallic version (to look a bit more "glassy"), on the roof and trunk lid, and then World Rally Blue Pearl effect on the rest of the car, with some nice 17" BBS wheels...
