Needs real mirrors, and I think it would look better with a dark paint job (dark metallic red....*drool*), but otherwise I like it.

i HATE HATE HATE cleared tailights. safety hazard in clear, needs red all the time......CLEAR SUKS my ****s
in 5 years, clear turn to yellow frost. in 8 years turns to piss yellow frost. in 10years turns to **** frost. why why why
clear lights front of car. red lights back of car. enuf said clear is DUMB A** ricer look

oh and like i posted before, DUMB A** side mirrors, wtf is subaru doing to cars that i will never buy because of this stupidity. I will drive my 83, 85, 92, 92, 94 and be happy. forget this new design crappola. My old subarus can get out my non snow cleared drive and the bumpers dont drag.......deep snow, the bumpers don't drag. this new subie, dumb design bumpers i would be stuck in my own drive in snow.. stoopid, enuf said again

and where are the tow hooks to pull other people out, Subaru? I mean, how do i use this car.......

settle down, Beavis, its just a concept.

i like the drawring better - the real life concept has too much going on in the front end. something about it doesn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling.

Honestly, in person I couldn't find any lines that resembled the Camry/Altima at all.

I know in all the pictures it looked just like a Nissan, but today I just couldn't keep my eyes off of it.

I think it has the ass-end of a Maxima and the curves of a Jetta. I'm not digging it at all, and I've ALWAYS been a Legacy fan. Oh well, guess I'll just buy a SpecB and try to make it last forever

R-class Merc headlight knock-off

Same Chevy wannabe grille as BL Legacy (thankfully my BL's grille is modified)

New Acura wheel flares

Honda Accord/Nissan Altima glasshouse profile

BMW-like mis-fitting tail lights

Accord/Camry bulk and heft.

High hood and cowl line that doesn't befit a car with a boxer engine.

Manual-only Legacy GT ensuring that it will sell in very small numbers

De-contented option list that means the only thing more for the money is size, less of everything else.

As a current Legacy GT owner, and enthusiast, this is an EPIC fail. Once again, Subaru is abandoning what positives it may have had, and going a completely different direction. They do that over and over, including dropping SVX, rather than improving and refining it for a second generation car.

IMHO, it only really needed to share a platform with another Subaru product, such as a Legacy sedan, to cut down on unique parts costs and availability, and gain a manual transmission option, and maybe a slick hatchback liftback... SVX was not that far off, just a bit expensive because it shared relatively few parts, including the engine. I wish the engine had been upgraded to similar specs to the EJ25 DOHC Dual-AVCS stats... EZ is a good engine, but from what I have read, not as robust as the EG is.

If only I could meld the best parts of SVX with the best parts of my '05 Legacy GT Limited, or 06-09 Spec B, with a few STI bits thrown in... It could be as close to perfect as an affordable car can reasonably get, for me anyway. Done the right way, it could seriously give G37x and G37S coupe a run for it's money, especially since you can't get the 6MT with AWD... and so far, Subaru has offered them together.

But Subaru built the '10 Legacy instead.
