Farewell Mr. Hazlewood
Not unexpectedly I guess, knowing he had terminal cancer for three years, but, nonetheless I'll miss a guy who did it HIS way throughout a whirlwind of a career. Those of you under 40 may only remember "Boots" & Nancy Sinatra on "Oldies" radio, but Google up Lee's obit, & you'll be amazed at his output behind the scenes throughout the years. Today's ADHD generation get's the "in yer' face" Ipod "gone tomorrow" artists. Once upon a time there was class, & real talent. It lasted.
