Manual transmission question

What manual transmissions will work with these? I'm buying a '95 and would like to do a tranny swap, and buy the parts myself...then bring them in and get it done. I'm just a little confused on what I need to find exactly. Doesn't matter to me if it's a 5 or 6 speed. Help!!
