PS In case you dont remember I have a signed document (with your signature) that states " No warranties expressed or implied the vehicle(s) are recieved as is where is" so you knew exactly what you were getting

As a matter of fact Earl I prefer to make it public but not hijacking a thread for it. I am not against any member here but supposedly that Boxer6 was willing to scam pnklr, that would embarrass him over here and probably made him setting the transaction straight again

I totally agree, however my initial intent was to redirect the inevitable onslaught of posts to a central location and avoid the hijacking, secondly, if in fact one party is refusing to hold up his end of the bargain or not responding to email/PM then the time comes to bring it to the groups attention in a tactfull manor, not as this started out, I hope for all involved that things can be worked out as agreed to prior to the trade.

It is best if the two members try to get it fixed and then if there is still a problem such as a scam, it should be posted for all of us to know not to deal with the person.

I'm still waiting for BRANDON to respond to my emails,instant messages and private messages but he is too immature to respond or do the right thing and send me back my plate, transmitters and seat skin he promised.

No matter what he may have found good or bad with the car after he got it, it has nothing to do with returning those items.

I'm not complaining about any money I may or may not have to put in the car I recieved since I recieved since it has NOTHING to do with anything.

You'll see no response from him but hey what do you expect from an immature teenager.

Technically he couldnt really sell me the car anyway since it wasnt titled in his name but thats another issue to add in to my list.

Again I'm very sorry for jumping in on other posts that he posted on but I just cant get through to this guy and its really ticking me off. I dont really see whats so difficult in completing his end of the deal as we agreed on.

I can step up to the plate and admit I'm wrong for posting on those topics, but you wont see him coming forward and explaining himself anytime soon.

Unfortunately I dont have his address or I would send a letter from my lawyer requesting the items.

Tiger it wasnt illegal the car was registered in my name so I could drive it to him and I kept it registered in my name and insured in my name so he could have time to register it in his name so there was nothing illegal about that

He just never sent it back after it was in his name
