Now all you need to do is adapt the technology to road going vehicles and you can go anywhere a line is drawn! I saw the commercial and it was pretty stupid, so I thought I'd share. In my day my cars that moved on their own power had copper coils or winding devices and [some] made sparks. ;D

 1 out of 20 nationwide electrical engineering students do this for their senior design project. I can't believe someone is trying to sell it as a toy. That would be boring. I guess you could draw a circle, grab a beer and pull up a chair till the batteries die.

Considering how slowly they move, that might be a while.
Get them going at 20-30mph in a gas RC car without the jerkiness and I'll be impressed.
