Does anyone know if replacement body panels from Subaru come with the zinc coating or does that have to be applied by a bodyshop?

Hi. Installed the CounterAct unit last week. Bought it on sale for $200, regular price $300. I don't like rust (yow, who does?) and don't want any to appear. Hope the rust stays away forever, or at least until the 5 year warranty expires. It was a challenge trying to find a place to install it in the crowded SVX engine compartment, however. By-y-ye, byy-yy-e.(to quote John Mclaughlin).

i had one of those...i think i gave it away in the end...or is it sitting in my basement...dont remember.. but i know when i bought the spec b they were trying to sell me a similar product for $700...which later i only paid 160$ somewhere else.

i'm sure it doesn't really work.....but ..i can always sell it off anyways.

I've heard of electricity removing rust, but preventing it? Maybe.
