Location of Knock sensors
Im getting code 28 Knock sensor 2 (LH) Abnormal voltage in knock sensor monitor circuit. Where do I find it, where do I buy the part?

You can see the passenger's side knock sensor if you look right between the power steering pump and the alternator (it's under the intake manifold). You'll have to remove the alternator to allow for easy access to it. There are pictures in my locker of when I replaced both knock sensors. ImmortalSuby also has some good pictures in his locker. Finally, I believe there is a "how to" write up in the "HOW-TO Documents" - see the link in the upper right hand corner of the site's home page.

The SVX knock sensors are the same ones used on the early Legacys. They are readily available at any Subaru dealership or online at www.subaruparts.com
