That is great the more the merrier.

I have been wondering. How many of those "members" are active? Judging by the polls we seem to get about 30 votes and then the poll is gone to the next page. Is there any way to break down how many "members" are on every day, two days, three days?

John,
That would be a Chris question. Although, I did have some figures from March. Even though we may have 800 members and most of them not active, those who are active, are *extremely* active. We averaged almost 50,000 "hits" per day in the month of March. The interesting thing about our activity is that it begins at around 9am and remains pretty much steady until 10 pm. Usually, there are "peaks and valleys" in a site's activities, but, according to what I've gathered, those who log on, stay on, for an extended period of time.

If you recall, we had our "grand opening" on March 15, 2001. In our first FULL month (April, 2001) we averaged a little less than 14,000 hits per day.

Ah...... Who would do that? Get on the svx-net while at work? How awlful. That's just isn't right even if the connection is faster that at home. Of course there is that time before work, during lunch and after work.

Yeah, that's how it starts, "I'll just check in for a few minutes." Then, over 5000 posts later. . . . . . .
