Thumbs up How 'bout a brand new ZMW?

Malcolm Bricklin, the man who brought Subaru 'home' to America, is at it again.

http://www.forbes.com/home/2002/04/23/0423yugo.html

One question: The article states that Malcolm left Subaru in 1971, "twenty years before Fuji Heavy Industries acquired it." I could have sworn my 1980 AWD Wagon had FHI stickers all over it. Is the article right, or am I?

Subaru has been part of FHI from the beginning. I believe the article is referring to Fuji Heavy Industries' acquisition of Subaru Of America, the U.S. distribution network Bricklin set up.
