Clearing Codes

I can't seem to get into the "How To Locker". I keep getting error messages. I had a code that my speed sensor was bad. I have replaced it along with the TCU. I need to clear the code and don't know where to begin. Where do I find the wires and what do I do? I know this has been covered before, but I can't find where the wires are located and exactly what I should be doing. Thanks for any help.

Stupid question, but does the battery need to be disconnected for a certain amount of time...such as 6, 12, 24 hours. I've done it for 12 hours (overnight), but not sure if that's long enough.

I had mine uplugged for 3 hours doing some repair work and that cleared mine. Some folks said they had to leave it unplugged overnight though.

Thanks to all of you. Disconnecting the battery did it. I didn't have to do the blue wire thing.
