Front / Rear Suspension Overhaul?

After almost 120k miles, I think it is time for the front and rear struts to be replaced on my SVX. It is really starting to ride bumpy and rough to the point where its getting annoying. I was wondering what recommendations people could make to any other suspension work that could / should be done while the strut work gets done? I was planning on replacing the springs at the same time since they have to come off anyway. So, besides the struts and springs, is there anything else worth doing?
