Actually, the rubbing has already trimed away most of the lining that was in the way, but I don't like that solution, which is why I ordered a new lining. I'd much rather get wheels that fit correctly.

I have no experience with aftermarket 16" wheels. What I and Dayle know is that if you increase in wheel sized 17,18, 19 the only thing you have to be aware of is that you can not go wider than 7.5 inches and the offset must remain 38mm or above. With those parameters in place the wheels will not rub.

When I first got my SVX I was getting some rubbing when going around corners or over larger bumps with the stock size wheels/tires. However, this was rubbing on the INNER lining. I have since remedied the situation. Anyone else have that problem?

Dayle on another note, do you have a source for hubcentric rings for the SVX? I'm not quite ready for the bigger wheels, but I do have a 16" that I like very much but I'm getting too much vibration at highway speeds. If I can find the right rings for them, they would be great.
