Alrighty,I didn't have the back cover completely flush so the tab on back of the cam sprocket was tapping the raised plastic around the cam sensor.took it all back apart, made sure it was all the way back and squared the timing belt on all the pulleys.reglued all the nuts on the covers with TPO and running smoooooth now!!
