And now for air filters

So the other side of keeping your engine clean is the air filter. I did a quick search and found this study:

While the AC Delco did have higher air restriction initially, the air restriction rose very gradually while it was catching an amazing amount of dirt. Also, this flow restriction probable has a negligible impact on performance as other parts in the intake are more restrictive.

The AC Delco part number for the SVX is A975C and can be found at Summit Racing:

Combine this with the Bosch Premium Oil Filter and the oil will probably still look like new after 7500 miles!
