OT did my headgaskets, and....

2 years and 10 months ago, OT did the head gaskets on my 97 Outcack 2.5. I am here to 'complain. This is the SECOND year in a ROW that I have had to add 1/2 a TEACUP of antifreeze to my radiator!

Tom, THANK you for a STELLAR job!
Lil' red wagon is just fine!

When he got hold of it, I had to stop on the way to the farm and add fluids. It was a 'commute' of 15 miles, one way.
I couldn't trust it to go anywhere!

Re: OT did my headgaskets, and....

if OT could make something to keep it running without having to keep putting gas in the tank he would be on to something.

atleast not the cup that Jerry uses to top off his AF.

in all seriousness though: if your car uses a little bit of AF (like Jerry said) is that normal? I see my Baja takes just a little bit over time. opinions?

I'm sure that it's things like seepage at the hoses or past the cap.
If it only uses that much, it's PERFECT.

Normal? Yes, but I know Angie's used more than any other car I've owned with an overflow tank. That was probably b/c I refused to put in Subaru's fix nothing but don't realize your head gaskets are in fact leaking until your warranty is up snake oil.

In your case I'd say its time to sell it and buy yourself a real man's truck like a teal Element.
