Bearings in = Bonza car

With new [rear] wheel bearings in the car is soooo quiet. You would not believe you were driving the same car, I can hear the wind, a little noise from tyres and when I took it for a drive after some 2 mths of taking it off the road - I sat in the seat and it felt like sitting in a glove - it just put a smile on my face and the car just drove fantastic just as the maker intended.

Got to say thanks to Desertrunner for offering his help too, only one bearing was bad, but I'd prefer to change both to suit - if they were the originals, mines a 95 and done 126,000 and hope to get another 13yrs out of em.

Anyone looking into doing this it's pretty easy to do, probably 1/2 day to pull [both] sides off and 2 hrs to reassemble.

Next on the list is paint - my red is fading fast.

Jason - gave here a good wash today, must be 100 homeless spiders now!

cheers
bruce
