I've been harrased by cops before, many times. THe one time i got pulled over for speeding, on my way back from a renisance fair, where I picked up some stuff for a friend who was unable to make it. It was the evening, around 7pm, and dark. Cop flashed his light around the back seat, and sure enough, spotted a morning star I had picked up. Looks something like this:



Surely enough, he asked me to step out of the car, get into his, and called a bunch of his buddies. 3 hours later, I was permitted to drive home, without my friends morning star.

Stick it to him, man. Even if they're racist, how can he be racist against you? Your about as close to Aryan as it gets. They can be a bit that way out here as well though, since it's a college town, if your a white male between 18 and 28, and you get pulled over, your toast.

In mass you can only be cited for running a traffic control device/wreckless driving if you haven't been stopped.

I can't remember if "speeding in a construction zone" is considered "wreckless driving" in mass or not... if it isn't, then guess what... and even still, I believe not present issued ticket still need to go in with the officer's dailies and be mailed to you.

just an update... Met with the chief who told me he could do nothing. Same cop that pulled me over followed me to my house last night and sat at the end of my driveway until i shut the car off and was getting out. He then pulled away. In addition to all of this I have found out that Holden has had 7 cases in the past 10-12 year brought against them by the state DA for harassment and abuse of power.

drag this out... it will be in your benefit as most cops will likely pass on pulling you over again in order to avoid the non-sense

If I may suggest, get yourself a cheap vid camera. When this guy(s) are tailing you and follow you home, at least you can prove harrasement.
May want to get ahold of a local news source, newspaper or TV, that might be interested in a story.
Of course, you may end up taking the bus after this, but at least you will expose these bad apples and maybe get the Chief canned.

As you said this.. maybe that cop is making up the story of you speeding in ur truck. Since he knows what you drive and where you go, there is a possibility for him to do this if he wants to.
