Need Rear Differential

Hi Guys, I'm looking for a reasonably priced rear end for my SVX. I would consider a 4.11 if someone has one.

Thanks,

A 4.11 rear won't work because it won't match your 3.545 final drive from your transmission.

Yes I know, but I have a legacy transmission I believe may be 4.11. I'll replace both.

I'm just curious, did yours go bad? Mine was bad when i got it from a donor car with only 78,000 miles. It made an awful noise. One of the guys I used to work with was a former subaru master tech and he said they never go bad.

At any rate, how does it go bad?

Mine's bad after a swap. The mechanic said it has no noise. But I know there's a noise from the rear-end especially after 40mph...it's getting annoying.
