omg!! Which SVX of the 2 (pics)

i really really really want to get a SVX, right now i'm trying to pick which is the better option

This Gray 1995 model which has ...can you believe 23,429km (14,558 miles) at 980,000¥ ( roughly $10,500 AUD/$8,100 USD)

OR this Silver 1996 model with 42,000km (26,097 miles) but it's at 1,450,000¥ (roughly $15,500 AUD/$12,000 USD)

neither are leather interior but are absolutely immaculate, i personally like the 1996 one because of the colour and spoiler the prices on these are very reasonable because they have very low mileage but i dont know what to do... i want both!! i like the silver better but i want the less mileage

Wow, I have a few questions: what's that thing on the dark silver's front bumper, is it to know where it is so you don't bump something? What are those things on the light silver's rear window? Why is the spoiler made differently? Chrome grill wtf?

That bottom one sure is a sweet looking silver but I also like the charcoal color (would be easier to keep clean). I'd buy the light silver one because I want it more, I hate having regrets. And about the mileage it's not a big enough difference to even consider. Get the one you like more and don't look back.

JDM Spoiler, JDM Chrome Grill... beyond that, no clue.

EDIT: And yes, that looks like one of those curb feeler type devices that tells you where your bumper is.

The part on the front bumper lights up as a parking aid, usually on 4x4 and people carriers though in Japan.
It also has rear parking sensors in the bumper.

The parts on the rear windscreen are aerials for TV/Sat Nav.

Chrome grille is an option in Japan & the spoiler is a standard JDM factory item.
Curious why the Silver has a Subaru badge not a Alcyone on on the front.

I would make contact with the previous owner or get a validation sheet for the mileage, there are allot of clocked cars going to Russian market at the moment, its way too cheap for that mileage if its genuine.

http://www.tradecarview.com/stock/detail.aspx?id=98678

Thats an average price at the moment in Japan for an at best average car.

Maybe in jahpahn it's cool to be usdm, and all the jdm people call the drivers "burgers" opposed to ricers

Choices

I agree that the silver is a very nice color, but with the mileage and price differences I would go with the darker car if other factors are equal. A spoiler does not cost that much if you choose to add. And, actually I prefer the US style spoiler over the JDM. Just my opinion.

1995 will be easier to modd. (No OBII to deal with), but I like the look of the 1996 better. What is that on the bumper of the 95? Is that to mount the generals flag on?

I also like them both!!

At the money I would go for the grey. That colour looks beautiful in the flesh. The chrome grill is too bling for the colour [OK on the silver] and the BBS wheels are naff, would have to go.

They are both worth the money, leather seats or not.

Nice cars But.

You would have to cut them it two, to get it into Australia.

Harvey.

The 95 for $4,000 less and with 11K less miles would be my pick.
