DC SCCA Region kicking it in 2007!!

Just got this email!!

1) We try to schedule 4 ProSolos this season. (Dual mirrored courses with
Christmas tree lights etc.) Run just like a National except a one day
format.
2) 160 entrants max.
3) One day 8 runs, 4 runs in the morning and 4 in the afternoon,
and an abbreviated challenge.
4) Obviously a FULL day event for all competitors. You will be required to
work twice and the challenge also.
5) Pros are open to SCCA DC Region members ONLY. Anyone who is not a region
member can become a dual member with our region for an additional yearly $20
fee and run in the series.
6) The cost per entry will be between $60-$65. It may be less once we get
the
final cost figures, but this range is a pretty safe bet.
7) There will be no Season Subscriptions for the Pro Series, registration
will be on DLBracing, and there will be a wait list.

Thanks for posting this Bill. I called the SCCA this morning and I'm officially a dual member of the Blue Ridge AND WDCR regions! I plan to be at all four WDCR Pros in '07 - but I probably won't do any regular Solo events as a result - I'll do Solo events with the BRR, AI, Triad and VMSC clubs.
