Did this guy intend to just have one svx or a whole bunchofem? if he could only do one, we might be in trouble trying to decide who's gets to go. lol

According to gest24's e-mail response, it looks like they're wanting to drive just one highly modified SVX. I would love to see PhastSVX's turbo SVX or SVXfile's s/c SVX get featured, but I think a modded SVX made by a company such as ECUTune would make the most sense (Stage 3 version) - it'll give his business the needed exposure and show performance minded enthusiasts just what's possible from these forgotten Subarus. Mikecg's would probably be the most bullet-proof example that'll be able to hold up to their abuse as he'll have the 6spd working and maybe even STI brakes at that time - the body and paint on his car also appears very clean and it'll represent the community very nicely! (obviously the decision rests with Mike)

I would love to be there, but with my family commitments I see doubt I could take the time off to go to Niagara.

I hope you are able to make it Mike. It'll be nice to see your car on tv representing the SVX community!

Hopefully the addition of AWD and the extra sticky BFG KDW's will help increase the life of my tires. I, also, sent a message to the guys at Sports Car Rev. I told them my car is available anytime they want, as soon as Toms done with it that is.

I'm glad you East Coast guys are so into this. I'm sure the guys would be tickled pink to see 10+ modded SVXs rolling up. I truly wish I could come join you. I'm just glad that I was able to help get this car some exposure.

That's awesome Mike! When do you think you'll have the time to go to e-town to get some baseline 1/4 mile runs with her? Ever launched a manual awd car w/ forced induction before?!

I think launching his car will be easier than an N/A car. Since he will be able to launch at a much lower RPM. If he launches too high, he will immediately light all 4 tires up and they won't stop for any VHT in the world Controlling the launch should be pretty easy once Mike has a grasp of the car. Looks like our drag strip meets will be much more interesting this summer

This sounds so exciting ...

If they don't care who goes the body work should be done on my car by then....

I could be one of the "improved stock" examples :P j/k

It would definately be interesting to say the least. I am excited there is some popularity growing around the SVX nowadays. Had a guy in the bar the other night comment on my car and told how much he liked it... Really cool guy... but then I saw his neon
