For all of you...

For all of you that don't visit the parts for sale forum, I'm posting this here.

http://stores.ebay.com/Car-Parts-Wholesale

They have SVX headlights for $152.48 each. I just received two. They are OEM Subaru and come in a Subaru box. Get'em while there hot!

I wish I live there, I would get them for sure.. But blowing 310$ on those + shipping + customs + VAT +..... = +$500 is not the best deal for me right now.

For those who can get them, now is the time!!!

I'd like to. But I never seem to get around to taking pics. I repainted my '93 SS a year ago, and still have no pics of it. Instead of spending money on a digital camera, I spend it on the cars.

If I went to a dealership here they would probably ask $800 each!

Well they're not quite that expensive. They're about $375-$400 each. Let's put it this way, I work at a Subaru dealer, and our cost for the headlight (as of 2 weeks ago) is more then what they cost from Car Parts Wholesale.

You haven't been to a dealership in Canada!

Examples: $377 for a single SVX strut. $300 for an STi clutch hose.

The listings say tha that they are aftermarket parts. Anyone know the manufacturer? The headlights look GREAT, but I am leery of aftermarket parts on my SVX.

I cannot understand why SVX stuff differ from country to country...

I was talking to JJ about the ball joints, in Australia they cost $150 each, here they are sold for $60 each.

I bought the engine mounts for $90 each, in the States they are around $160 each...

The headlight costs here $455 each, in the States it is $330 each...

An insurance adjuster told me a story about a 'claim' he was working. A guy wrecked his Mitsu*****, and told the adjuster that he " DIDN"T want any Japenese parts on HIS car"!!

DUHHHH!!!! as a side bar, I bought aftermarket parts for a Nissan I was working on, and saw a 'Made in USA 'sticker on them!!

They aren't aftermarket. They are OEM in an OEM box. I just got two of them. The part numbers on the box are the part number for the housing assemblies without the bulbs.

That's what I've been doing. You still have to pay shipping, taxes, duty, brokerage and more tax on the previous items.
