Beautiful day here in central PA. Figure I'll take the SVX for a spin. First time out of the cage since her august inspection.

Anybody know how the seatbelts work in the rear so I can slap a baby seat in it?

Figure 100 miles should kill the tank of gas in there now.

You'll need a seatbelt clip to hold the tension. And maybe some padding to level the seat out depending on the design of the baby seat.

Put it on the passenger side or you'll have a hard time getting Jr. in and out of the seat/car.

Actually it has that self tenioning thing on mine if you pull it all the way out. I thought that happened in 96 nationwide.

About 1.5 years ago when my 2 year old was still in a carrier, I got him into the back of my car with no issues - I had no problems adjusting the belts so that they were nice and firm. I placed the carrier in the passenger-side rear seat (safest position since you can watch your child out of the corner of your eye, and they won't be infront of an airbag).
