Sorry I've been away from the board for a while. I can help you diagnose whether it is the sensor or inside the front diff that is the problem.

BTW: The parts car doesn't have a speed sensor. It seems Lwin kept that for himself

Does the tach still work? You should have been able to approximate the speed from that. eg. 75mph - 2500rpm and 45mph - 1500rpm.

Yeah, my tach works. I didn't realize how fast I was going, I just love to drive my car and it was a long road with curves and hills. I had to have fun...but at a price. I would never be doing 70 in a 45, maybe 70 in a 55 but not in a 45. So I will keep that in mind, because I am driving without my speedo working right now until I figure out what to do. Thanks for letting me know the mph to rpm.

Alan, I happen to have a parts car. I also happen to run a dealership with 5 lots and our own shop etc. I also happen to have 3 PDAs sitting on my table doing nothing.

FYI, i don't like girls taller than myself.
