***Don't know why a thread about a meet was closed.... Just trying to get the word out... How bout before closing a thread, ya tell me what's wrong with it... Since I didn't get an explination, here is the thread AGAIN***

But dude... no one ever goes in the Southeast forums... Everyone is always here in General Babble... And it a fun event too.... It isn't a bad thing... Like I said, just trying to get the word out so that we can have a strong SVX presence at the Dragon this year

Are you referring to Deals Gap? That URL wouldn't work for me here at work, i'll give it a try when i get home. I've ridden my bike down there every year for at least the last 7. I've seen the Miata's down there. That would be cool to put a SVX on that road. Now if i could just trailer my bike down via the SVX that would be a blast. Best of both worlds.......Damn now i have to research putting a hitch on the SUB.......

That URL worked, i've stayed at one of their cabins once. We usually rent a Kabin at the KOA at Tellico Plains Tenn. Its right at the foot of the Cherahala Skyway. That would also be a blast for the SVX, i'm assuming you've been on that road also since it's not far from the Gap. I actually prefer riding the Cherahala on the bike then the Gap. To me the Gap is just too much work where the Cherahala has those wide sweeping turns........Give me some dates.....

I just went to the Southeast region/section and got the info. Thanks for posting it here in this section because i probably would never have seen it.

That was why I posted it here

Dates are June 1st through the 5th (Wednesday - Sunday)...About 20 or so carrs there before Friday... Usually the majority of the people show up around Friday morning-afternoon though... After Friday at lunch there should be about 70-80+ cars

great, I only need one..I think I have a pretty good chance of reserving one tomorrow, .....OR.... marine, are you going to be camping it? Looking forward to meeting some of you guys down there, however, I refuse to be the offering to the dragon.. sorry guys
Also I think there will be some kind of suzuki cycle group there at the same time we are from the 3-5th, I think(it was on the fontana lodge event's calendar) which btw had nothing about us being there.

my room is reserved, if anybody wants to split the cost of the room (1/2 of $51 ...PER NIGHT) , i can take a roommate... if not then there are now only 22 rooms left
